Activate an Emergency Temporary License

If it is after hours and you need a to activate an Iguana License, every Members Account is set up with an Emergency Temporary 7 Day License.

How to activate a temporary license code:

STEP 1: Login to your Members Account and go to your list of Licenses

  • Login to your Members Account at my.interfaceware.com and view your licenses.

  • Select Activate on the Temporary License.

STEP 2: Input your Iguana ID and a brief Description to retrieve a temporary License code

  • Input your Iguana ID and a brief description and click Register

  • Copy the temporary License code provided.

STEP 3: Login to your Members Account

  • Use the temporary license code to update your license code

  • Paste in your copied registration code from your Members Account into the Iguana License Code. Remember to click Save.

You should see an updated 7 day license with unlimited components and log searching.

STEP 4: Email license@interfaceware.com to help provide a permanent solution.
