Scrollbar Fixes and Settings for Mac Users

In the first patches of IguanaX, the horizontal and vertical scrollbar in the Translator had a few issues. Newer versions of IguanaX addressed the following issues:

1. The scrollbar was not including the annotation windows, it only scrolled to the end of the code.

2. The horizontal scrollbar has disappeared on Windows, Mac and Linux but scrolling still works with the trackpad.

However, some Mac users still reported the above issues with the scrollbar. This is because for Mac users, you will need to change the show scrollbar setting to "Always" in your Mac settings under Settings → Appearance.
